It’s the holidays 🎄… and routines go out the window


A few more days and it’s Christmas Eve and Christmas Day!!✨

This year I’m heading up to Vermont to spend time with the kids and grandkids. I’m really looking forward to it — but I already know it’s going to be cold, busy, and totally out of my normal routine.

And honestly, that’s usually when things get a little tricky.

When you’re out of town, especially around the holidays, everything changes.
Meal times are different, there’s always food around, and suddenly you’re surrounded by appetizers, snacks, desserts, and all the special holiday treats that only come around once a year.

It’s so easy to slip into the “it’s the holidays, I’ll deal with it later” mindset — and then come home feeling sluggish, bloated, and frustrated that you have to start all over again.

That’s exactly why I put together a simple Holiday Guide.

Nothing extreme. No tracking. No rules.

Just realistic tips to help you stay active, eat mindfully, and still fully enjoy the holidays — so you can come back feeling good instead of feeling like you need to reset everything.
