Valentine’s Day isn’t just about loving someone else 💖


Hi Beautiful People,

Valentine’s Day is coming up — and growing up, I always saw it as the day you show someone you like them or love them.

Little love notes.
Heart-shaped cards.
The giggles… and sometimes the heartbreak too.

As adults, Valentine’s Day often becomes about celebrating a partner or significant others, showing love through dinners, gifts, and quality time.

And while that’s beautiful…

I truly believe something even more important often gets forgotten.

Loving yourself first.

Normally, I’m all about the physical — getting stronger, moving better, feeling energized in your body.
But this time, I want us to turn inward.

To focus on the heart.
The mind.
The relationship you have with yourself.

(Because just like in yoga — what happens on the inside matters just as much as what you do on the outside.)

When you love yourself, everything shifts.
You feel lighter.
Your energy rises.
Your thoughts become kinder and more positive.

And from that place, life feels happier and more aligned.

That’s why this Valentine’s season, I want to celebrate YOU.
